The Governing Body are looking to appoint a well organised, enthusiastic and personable individual to support and work alongside our existing team to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
The successful person will have key holding and security responsibilities as well as undertaking minor repair work and maintenance of the school premises. Other areas of responsibility include the regular testing of the water system, emergency lighting and fire alarm.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a real desire to keep our pupils safe, maintaining the premises to a high standard. We are keen to hear from people who have a range of “trades”, skills and knowledge that can be utilised within this role.
The contracted hours will be 22 hours 30 minutes for 52 weeks per year. The hours to be worked on a split shift in term time and inset days 7.00 am to 8.30 am and 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm over 5 days, (there will be a degree of flexibility in the hours worked during school holidays to be discussed at interview).
