Remote Learning – October 2020

In the event of a local area lockdown or if your child is required to self-isolate, a weekly overview of the work set will be sent to parents/carers via the ClassDojo app.

Please make sure you have installed the ClassDojo app and have linked it to your child’s account. A code was sent out to parents from the class teachers (see picture) for you to be able to do this. If you need help with this, please speak to your child’s class teacher.

Your child has been taught to access their 2email account via purple mash (login details may be found in pupils’ reading record books).  Worksheets and activities will be sent to your child directly to their email. They will link with the weekly overview you received via ClassDojo. Work should be returned to the class teacher for marking via 2email.  Alternatively, you can use the ClassDojo app to message the class teacher directly and include any photos of work completed.  Teachers are more than happy to help with remote learning and will be available to offer advice and support; please keep in contact with them via ClassDojo messages or 2email.

Your child has also been shown how to access an online version of Microsoft via their own login so they have access to Word and Power Point etc to support their learning at home.

If you have any problems regarding remote learning or feel you may struggle to access lessons online for any reason then please phone (01452 524578) or email school at admin@tredworth-jun.gloucs.sch.uk
