We believe that every child should enjoy their education and be happy, healthy and safe at school. We value each other for the uniqueness and the personal attributes that we each bring to Tredworth. Everyone has something to contribute as we go on a shared journey of learning and discovery.

We are committed to fostering a love of learning and providing excellence and achievement. Children will strive to be the best they can be and know how to learn as well as acquiring knowledge. As well as academic success they will develop their creative, physical, emotional, moral and social skills.

These are at the heart of everything we do. Our children will respect themselves and others and have a clear understanding of their role as a pupil of Tredworth Junior School and within the community for example through sporting events and visits.

We believe that this exposure gives our pupils opportunity to celebrate their own culture but also celebrating difference.
