For children who have needs around toileting, a Care Plan will be drawn up to detail the care and support that the child requires. This plan will take into consideration the views of everyone involved including the parents, staff and above all the pupil themselves. The plan will detail equipment which the school provides and what the parent needs to provide. This plan will be reviewed and updated regularly.

If your child has additional needs around eating or dressing, then please talk to the class teacher or SENDCo and we can put together a plan to support these needs within school.
