Holiday Free School Meal Vouchers
Mon 24 Jun 2024Gloucestershire County Council is providing 2 weeks of vouchers at £15 per child eligible for free school meals, per week for the Summer 2024 holiday.
The other 4 weeks of the holiday are supported through the HAF programme, which provides a meal for children attending the activities they are booked onto. For more information, please ask families to visit Gloucestershire HAF where they can also sign up to the Children’s Activities Booking System (CABS). The HAF programme is a separate scheme, and vouchers cannot be issued as an alternative.
Applications for holiday Free School Meal vouchers for Summer 2024 holiday will be open from midday 25 June 2024 until midday on 09 July 2024. Applications cannot be accepted after this date. Vouchers will be distributed to families the week commencing 15 July 2024.
If you have previously signed up for the free school meal vouchers programme you do not need to do anything. Vouchers will automatically be sent to you. If you have not previously applied for vouchers, you must apply here: Holiday free school meal vouchers | Gloucestershire County Council.
If you do not receive their vouchers by 17 July 2024, please check your spam/junk mailboxes for an email from selectcode@select-your-reward.co.uk, and ensure your mailbox settings allow junk mail.

My Stage School Opportunity

Holiday Activities & Food Booking - Summer 2024
Mon 10 Jun 2024The Gloucester City Holiday Activity & Food (HAF) programme arranges a range of free activities for children eligible for Free School Meals and their families. There are activity camps, open access play sessions, music workshops, fun fitness sessions, boxing, swimming and more. The programme is available for 4 weeks during the upcoming summer holiday.
Bookings are made via a centralised booking system. If you are using the system for the first time you will need to make an account. To set up an account, go to https://gloucestershirecounty.coordinate.cloud/account/register or scan the QR code on the poster below.
Activities are available to browse from 17 June at 12pm and bookings open at 12pm on 1 July 2024.

Tue 26 Mar 2024The catering company, Caterlink, have increased the price of a school meal to £2.71 from April 2024. Please make sure to put on multiples of £2.71 when putting money on your child's dinner money account ready for our return on 08 April.

Holiday Free School Meal Vouchers
Thu 29 Feb 2024Gloucestershire County Council will be providing vouchers for the Easter break for children eligible for free school meals. Vouchers for the May half-term will be distributed at the same time as those for the Easter holiday period. Therefore, families who have signed up will receive a total of £30 per eligible child, comprising of 1 week (£15) for Easter 2024 and 1 week (£15) for May 2024 half-term.
During 2024, there will be food and activity support available via the HAF programme (during Spring, Summer and Winter holiday periods). This is a separately funded scheme that provides the children who book and attend events with a meal. The HAF programme is not able distribute food/supermarket vouchers. Families who have signed up previously do not need to re-register for Easter 2024 and May 2024 holiday vouchers - they will already have been included. Families that have previously signed up will need to contact Gloucestershire County Council with any changes to their circumstances. If your child is eligible for free school meals and you have not previously signed up, please sign up as soon as possible.
Voucher emails will be sent out week commencing 18 March. Please check your junk/spam email folders during this period as sometimes the vouchers end up there. If you have not received your vouchers by 20 March, please email childrensfund@gloucestershire.gov.uk.
