• Registration for Grammar School Entrance Test for 2024 Entry

  Registration for pupils currently in Year 5 to sit the grammar school entrance exam is open between Monday 22 May and noon on Friday 30 June 2023. The test will take place on Saturday 16 September 2023 (when your child has started Year 6). 

   

  If you would like your child to sit the entrance test for the Gloucestershire grammar schools, you must register during this window.  Late applications will not be accepted.  For more information about the test and the application procedure as well as sample test materials, visit the websites for any of the grammar schools. 

   

  To register your Year 5 child to sit the exam, visit the website for any of the Gloucestershire grammar schools and follow the links to apply to sit the exam.  

   

   

• May Half Term Free School Meal Vouchers

  Gloucestershire County Council will be offering holiday free school meal vouchers for £15 for May/June half term.  If your child is eligible for free school meals and you have received vouchers before then you do not need to do anything.  You will automatically receive the voucher.

  Applications are due by midday on Tuesday 16 May.

   

  If you have any updates to an existing application, please email childrensfund@gloucestershire.gov.uk so that your details can be updated as this is not an automatic process.

   

  Vouchers will be sent via email on 22 May.  Please check your junk folder.  If you have not received your voucher by 23 May then please email childrensfund@gloucestershire.gov.uk.

• Coronation of King Charles III Celebrations

  Wed 03 May 2023

  We will be celebrating the coronation of King Charles III in school on Friday 5 May.  

   

  It will be a non-uniform day with children invited to wear red, white and blue.

   

  There will be special activities in class and an indoor street party with a special lunch menu.
