Free* maths course for carers/parents/grandparents
Thu 06 Jan 2022Adult Education Gloucestershire are offering 'Upgrade your Maths,' a course to help parents or grandparents to boost their own maths skills and support their child's learning. The course will take place via Zoom on Thursdays from 10am - 12pm, 20th January - 17th February 2022 and is free of charge for some applicants. Holiday Free School Meal Vouchers for December holiday period
Thu 02 Dec 2021Gloucestershire County Council are providing vouchers for the December holiday period to parents who have signed up to the Holiday Free School Meals scheme. Applications must be made by midday on Monday 13 December 2021. See Robinswood Hill in a unique way with spheres of light and music as ‘Globoscope’ comes to town. As part of the City Council’s ‘Bright Nights’ events, you can visit your local country park on the doorstep of Gloucester and learn about nocturnal wildlife whilst you’re here.
Firepits will keep you warm and the café is open for hot drinks and treats.

Adult Education classes
Thu 04 Nov 2021Adult Education in Gloucestershire are running a range of 5 and 6 week classes via Zoom for parents and grandparents. These classes are free of charge for many people.

All You Need to Know About Numbers - Thursdays 10am - 12pm
Improve Your English and Help Your Child (ESOL) - Wednesdays 12.30pm - 2.30 pm
Calm Kids, Calm Homes - Fridays 9.30am - 11am
Calming the Mind for Parents - Mondays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
