• Ribston Hall High School Y5 Admissions Information Morning

  Ribston Hall High School are holding an information morning for Y5 girls and their families to learn about the grammar school admissions process. Please see the attached flyer for booking information. 

  

• Lime 1 Class Closure - 15 March 2023

  Due to planned industrial action, Lime 1 class will be closed to pupils on Wednesday 15 March 2023.  The school is open for pupils in all other classes. 

• Easter Holiday Free School Meal Vouchers

  Applications for Gloucestershire County Council's Holiday Free School Meals vouchers must be made by 21 March 2023.  Families who have signed up to the scheme or who are already registered will receive a total of £15 per child for 1 week of the holiday.  The Holiday Activity and Food programme (HAF) provides for the second week of the holiday. 

   

  If your child is eligible for free school meals and you have received vouchers for previous holidays then you do not need to do anything.  You will automatically receive the voucher.  If your child is eligible for free school meals and you have not applied for vouchers for previous holidays then please visit https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/education-and-learning/school-transport-and-free-school-meals/meals-during-school-holidays/holiday-free-school-meal-vouchers/holiday-free-school-meal-vouchers/#main.

• HAF Bloodhound Engineering activity (free school meals)

  Bloodhound Education Centre are offering family Christmas engineering fun activities as part of Gloucestershire County Council's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme for children eligible for free school meals.  

   

  Activities explore speed and power.  Families will design and launch a rocket to see how far it will travel and explore how Bloodhound slows down safely using a parachute.  Children work at their own pace and the activities cater for all abilities. 

   

  All HAF children and parents will receive a hot meal.  

   

  • Berkeley Green (GL13 9FB) - Monday 19, Tuesday 20 or Wednesday 21 December from 10.30am - 2.30pm.
  • Watermoor Cirencester (GL7 1NE) - Monday 19 December from 10.30am - 2.30pm.
  • Wesley Centre, Cinderford (GL14 2AA) - Tuesday 20 December from 10.30am - 2.30pm.
