• Childhood Immunisation Catch-up Clinics

  If children missed the school-based immunisation programme they can catch up in a clinic over the summer holidays.  Catch up clinics are being run across the county for children of any age.  If you are unsure whether your child has missed any immunisations or to make an appointment, you can call the team directly on 0300 421 8140.

• Holiday Free School Meal Vouchers & Holiday Activities and Food Scheme

  Gloucestershire County Council is providing vouchers for eligible families who have signed up to the Holiday Free School Meals scheme.  Families who have signed up to the scheme or who are already registered will receive 2 weeks worth of vouchers for the summer holiday at £15 per child per week.  For the remaining 4 weeks of this holiday period, the Holiday Activities & Food programme provides a meal for children attending the activities they are book onto.  

   

  Vouchers: 

  If you have previously registered and received vouchers then you will automatically be sent vouchers via email during the week of 17 July.  If you do not receive your vouchers by 19 July, check your junk folder and then contact childrensfund@gloucestershire.gov.uk.  

   

  If you have not previously registered, applications can be made until midday on 11 July.  Visit https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/education-and-learning/school-transport-and-free-school-meals/meals-during-school-holidays/holiday-free-school-meal-vouchers/ to make an application.  

   

  Holiday Activities & Food Programme:

  You must book your child onto your chosen activities.  Bookings open at midday on 5 July at https://gloscityhaf.co.uk/

• Summer Free School Meal Vouchers

  Gloucestershire County Council will be offering holiday free school meal vouchers for the summer break.  Vouchers for £15 per week for two weeks are available.  If your child is eligible for free school meals and you have received vouchers before then you do not need to do anything.  You will automatically receive the vouchers during the week of 17 July 2023. 

   

  The Holiday Activity and Food programme (HAF) provides support for the remaining 4 weeks of the holiday. For more information on the HAF programme and to book,  visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/haf.  Bookings go live from midday on 5 July 2023.
