PEAK activity day

Following the success of last year’s event, PEAK – Parenting Empowered Autistic Kids is planning their second PEAK Day—an inclusive community fundraising fayre for families across Gloucestershire.

📅 Date: Saturday 11th July 2026
🕙 Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
📍 Location: Hunts Grove Primary Academy

PEAK Day is designed to be a welcoming and accessible experience for all children and families, including those with additional needs. The event will feature dedicated calm zones and breakout spaces, helping children regulate and feel comfortable throughout the day.

There will be a wide variety of inclusive, family-friendly activities, including:

  • A SEN-friendly disco
  • Petting zoo and therapy stands
  • Sensory tents and craft activities
  • Performances from local groups
  • Activity inflatables and interactive experiences
  • Special attractions such as walking dinosaurs and therapy animals

To further support accessibility, the team will release an event map in advance, allowing families to prepare and feel at ease before attending. Please keep an eye on their social media pages and the following website for details https://parentingempoweredautistickids.com/peak-day.

We would be incredibly grateful if you could:

  • Share our event details and poster with your staff and parent/carers community
  • Include PEAK Day in your upcoming newsletters
  • Help us reach as many families as possible so every child has the opportunity to enjoy a fun and inclusive day out

We would also love for your staff and their families to attend and be part of the day.

Please do not hesitate to contact the team at fundraising@parentingempoweredautistickids.com if you can help with tombola prizes or volunteer to help the PEAK Team on the day.
